Try the Vale de Lobo Royal Course with its famous hole 16, the most photographed of Europe, a par 3 that begins with a 218 metre drive.

In Vilamoura, the Old Course includes three sea cliffs before you can even reach one green, with its trees playing a structuring role in defining the limits to the dog leg holes ensuring any wayward shot comes in for punishment.

On the Quinta do Lago Sul course, next to Ria Formosa, the par 3 hole 15 is the big one requiring a 200 metre drive over a lake in order to reach the green.
