Communications in public transit need improvement: we were lining up to take the tram 28 for 2 hours and we were told to get off the tram at the 4th stop because the tram could not go further because of some streets were closed for some reasons. More than 100 people were lining up for the tram under the severe sun. I hope people in CP can reflect on this and advise their passengers according so that the tourists would not suffer in the heat.
