couvert, Alentejo´s salads, Alentejo´s açorda with scents of poejo,
Cod with asparagus, Fruits with Maruans chestnut (denominated origin)
1st Day - Morning
Visit to the Ammaia City Roman (guide visit).
Lunch: Couvert,Entrance of traditional Alentejo products (linguiças, sausage, cheese),Pézinhos of coentrada,
Main Plate: duck with raspberries. Dessert: Encharcada, Tecolameco, Manga flavoured.
Coffee, tea and regional liquors.
Afternoon - Delivery of touristic information to visit Castelo de Vide (Jewish Quarter, Castle). It isnt necessary guide, but for groups of 10 people can be arranged a one guide that can receive the people in the village to give some historic and directional orientation, although not be able to follow all the way.
Possibility to purchase souvenirs and regional products.
2nd Night - Night
Diner: Regional Couvert, entrance from regional products
Main Plate: Alhada de Cação and Cabrito of Cachafrito,
Dessert: Chestnut Delight, Sericaia with Cherry of S. Julião (Denominated Origin).

Morning - Delivery of tourist information about the city of Portalegre; guide to tour in the old part of the city, possibility to visit the Portalegre Tapestries Museum.
NOTE: The informations about the tour in Portalegre can include alternative to visit the Natural Park with stop in the Highest Point of the S. Mamede Moutain (Pico de S. Mamede, 1025 m, the highest altitude on south of Tejo.)
