The Palace of Ega is a medieval building erected on the ruins of the ancient Ega castle, built in the second quarter of the XII century. Teh castle was built by the Templars to aid the Christian reconquest againts the Moors by the first King of Portugal. The building is classified as a Cultural Heritage Building. It was recently restored to Manor House and space for Events.
