Jonas is a multidisciplinary artist who has been working on his side as a fado singer.
With his Lisbon roots, this dancer, choreographer and singer-songwriter assumes artistically, without fear or bluntness, the different way he feels Lisbon and Fado. This is mirrored in his debut album, released in July 2021. Entitled "São Jorge", this album proposes a reconnection with Portugal's forgotten patron saint. Reminding us that Fado, when it was created, was danced, Jonas shows us in his shows that the union between dance and fado, the so called fado batido, has never really been lost.
