The collection of pieces on display at the Municipal Archaeological Museum in Aljustrel consists of a wide range of different materials found during archaeological digs undertaken in the region. Most of the minerals and rocks on display were collected from the mines of Aljustrel, Neves-Corvo and São Domingos.
