Accessible Tourism

Turismo Acessível

Holidaying in Portugal, visiting cities, touring the country to get to know its heritage or enjoying relaxing holidays at the seaside is within the reach of everyone.

Portugal has a good climate, with a great diversity of interests at short distances from each other and an assorted array of activities and tourist services, all prepared to receive all visitors equally, with our customary congeniality and friendliness.

Specifically for those who are in need of special care or have great difficulties in mobility, we have prepared tours (itineraries) in major cities with accessibility signs, suggesting tours that are safe for driving so that you can have a comfortable visit to the major attractions that each place has to offer, as well as information on accessible beaches on the Portuguese coast.

To plan your journey better, we also have information on accessible forms of transport, as well as accommodation and restaurants which have adapted facilities and devices.
