Travel Agencies

Atlas Cove is a Lisbon-registered travel and tourism agency running six-day health and wellbeing programmes at a private quinta in Sesimbra, on the edge of the Serra da Arrábida natural park. Each programme combines strength and endurance training, cold exposure, sauna, sleep and recovery, food and time outdoors, with specialists present throughout the six days. Participants are assessed individually on the first and the last day, so that everyone leaves with a concrete plan for life back home. Groups are small, with ten rooms per edition.
