The hotel, member of Relais & Châteaux, an association of hospitality establishments that includes beautiful hotels of charm and the fInêst restaurants in the world, offers three different atmospheres: the Palace, Garden and Spa guestrooms. Our cuisine uses traditional ingredients of this region to create exquisite recipes that we refresh with the rhythm of the seasons. In our restaurant Arcadas, that has one Michelin star, you will be able to savor aromatic herbs from our Chef’s Garden and oranges, lemons and avocados from our orchard, as well as the raspberries and wild watercress that grow all over the Quinta.
