The surroundings of this small, family business farm (Vale Martinho) are fantastic: a vast, beautiful forest area which is embraced by two rivers, Dão andMondego, two historic cities at an half an hour drive away, Viseu and Coimbra, and two of the largest mountains of Portugal, Serra da Estrela and Serra do Caramulo, are nearby.
You can also find the Ecopista (an ecological path) which leads you in-between mounts and valleys where the view unique and where you can go for a bike ride using the bicycles you rent at the farm.
Here you can rest and enjoy breakfast made of regional products, some of them raised at the farm.
