In July, Pedrógão Grande hosts the Summer Festivities and Expoarte, which, as well as being an annual festival that many people look forward to, is a way of preserving and passing on local customs and traditions.

The event promotes socializing among the population and visitors through cultural, recreational and sporting activities, as well as a crafts and activities fair. There's no shortage of regional cuisine and music, which this year brings unmissable names from the Portuguese scene to the stage.
