July marks the return of Leiria Medieval, an event that attracts thousands of people to the city every year!

The atmosphere of this time invades the city and we return to the time of the kings, but not only. The public walks among nobles, commoners, merchants, artisans, mystics and craftsmen who want to see the court and royalty pass by and who, all together, take the population on a feast of color, history, music, magic and flavors from other times. A history lesson, with real people, and a return to a time when Leiria played a decisive role in the building of Portugal.
