With a musical career shaped by the strong influence of fado, but with an innovative approach that mixes this traditional genre with elements of other sounds, such as soul, blues, bossa nova and jazz, Fábia Rebordão is recognized as one of the most remarkable voices of contemporary fado.

This Portuguese singer-songwriter rose to prominence when she took part in the second edition of the television competition Operação Triunfo. Her career began to grow steadily until, in 2011, she released her debut album, "A Oitava Cor". In 2012, she won the Amália Rodrigues Revelation Prize by the Amália Rodrigues Foundation. She is now presenting her fourth album, "Pontas Soltas", an eminently biographical record.
