Rival Consoles, the alter-ego of British producer Ryan Lee West, is renowned for the way he transforms synthesizers into deeply human and emotive instruments. With a career spanning almost two decades, he has built up an acclaimed discography with albums such as Persona, Articulation and Now Is, establishing himself as one of the most innovative names in contemporary electronic music. His ambient and expansive sound has been described by Pitchfork as "impossible to ignore and hard to forget". In their new show Landscape from Memory, Rival Consoles present an immersive audiovisual concert with real-time sound and image, created in collaboration with Sky Ainsbury.
