Guilherme Vale began studying piano at the age of 3 at the Vila do Conde Conservatory of Music, Theatre and Dance, under the guidance of Nuno Oliveira.

He has participated in national and international competitions, winning 21 first prizes. He has performed in venues such as the Museu Romântico do Porto, Casa Comum da Reitoria da Universidade do Porto, Salão Nobre do Tribunal da Relação do Porto, Pavillon de la Sirène in Paris, The DiMenna Center for Classical Music in New York and the Teatro Municipal de Vila do Conde, where he made his debut with orchestra.

He took part in the Laureate Concert of the 3rd Margarida Magalhães de Sousa Competition, broadcast by RTP Açores, and attended masterclasses with leading pianists.
