Samba de Guerrilha is a sound and visual manifesto that combines music, narration and live illustration to recover the political memory of samba and its forgotten protagonists. Conceived by Luca Argel, the project reveals samba as a weapon, shield and territory of resistance against slavery, racism, poverty and dictatorships. On stage, the "Guerrilla Band" reinvents the genre with electric and experimental arrangements, while Nádia Yracema narrates stories of struggle and António Jorge Gonçalves creates illustrations in real time. An immersive experience that celebrates art as resistance and living memory.
