A new edition of the Maia International Film Festival is back, once again transforming the city into a meeting point for international cinema. The festival brings together a careful selection of works chosen from a wide range of filmmakers from various countries, reflecting the diversity and vitality of the current film scene. In addition to the films in competition, the program includes special screenings with guest works and the presence of leading directors.

Promoted by Maia City Council, the event presents films in different formats, such as fiction, documentary and animation, not forgetting a session dedicated to children.
