The Alheira de Mirandela Fair, an annual event that celebrates one of the most iconic dishes in the gastronomy of Trás-os-Montes and, more specifically, the city of Mirandela, is back from February 26 to March 1.

In this, its 26th edition, the event, organized by Mirandela Town Hall in partnership with ACIM and Mircom, showcases the best of the region. Don't miss this fair, where you can taste and buy Mirandela's alheira, a smoked sausage made from poultry meat, bread, garlic and olive oil.
