The Arraiolos Gastronomic Exhibition is an event dedicated to promoting the Eno-gastronomy of the municipality of Arraiolos, which brings together two of the region's most emblematic products: gastronomy and its famous Arraiolos carpets.

The event highlights the typical dishes of the municipality and the Empada de Arraiolos, the taverns and their typical snacks, the restaurants with traditional dishes, accompanied by renowned local wines, not forgetting the best local sweets. The Arraiolos carpets, handicrafts with centuries of history, are also present, as are the regional singing groups.
