The Madeira Mandolin Association is hosting another edition of the Madeira International Mandolin Festival, bringing together musicians and projects from different countries centered around this instrument.

The program takes place at the Baltazar Dias Municipal Theater and the Henrique and Francisco Franco Museum, featuring concerts that explore different musical styles and forms of expression. With its roots in a centuries-old Madeiran tradition, the festival has established itself as a major international event dedicated to the mandolin, bringing together orchestras and student music groups from Madeira with renowned artists. The diversity and quality of the participants help raise the event’s profile on the international stage and promote this musical tradition.
