It was born in the alleys of Lisbon and is a national symbol and Intangible Cultural Heritage of Humanity (Unesco, 2011). More than a musical genre, it is an experience for the senses, a journey through Portugal's history, arts and gastronomy. It has a special flavor, a unique glamour and its own atmosphere.

This show offers the best the city has to offer: a visit to the theater, a national monument and considered one of the most beautiful buildings in cultural Lisbon, the most appropriate setting for this genuinely Portuguese experience where fado singers and musicians will take you through the essence of being Portuguese, enjoying Fado as a whole, accompanied by a glass of Port wine and a pastel de nata.

The sessions will take place on the following dates: October 1, 2, 3, 8, 9, 15, 16, 22, and 23, and November 5, 6, 12, 13, 20, 21, and 26.
