The Algarve Marathon is launching with four events: the marathon (42 km), the half-marathon (21 km), the 10-km run, and the 5-km Charity Walk. Starting and finishing at the Vilamoura Marina in Loulé, the event aims to establish itself on the national and international road racing calendar. Under the slogan “Much more than a marathon,” the initiative combines sports, tourism, and community involvement, while also promoting the Algarve region.
