Quinta da Escudeira, located in the vale de Barris, between the serra do Louro and the serra da Arrábida, is a rural property flagship of Pamela which gets its name in the 18TH century chapel adjacent to the main house. Given its ancestral history and the richness of its natural and built heritage it integrates some of the main touristic routes that cross this county. For those who appreciate the cultural heritage landscape of mountains and sea, nature tours, gastronomy and fine local wines, nothing like enjoying the farm and its surroundings.
The Quinta applies the best environmental practices regarding energy management through the installation of photovoltaic panels for the production and sale of energy and solar thermal panels for hot water heating.
We provide our guests the access to tours and various activities such as donkey rides, boat rides, cycling, hiking the trails of Arrabida and much more.
