The most enchanted time of the year arrives in Lousada between November 29 and January 11. On November 29, the celebrations kick off with the official inauguration of the Christmas Lights.
A highlight, as is tradition, is the Christmas Market, which this year has a fireplace, inviting you to get together and share in a cozy atmosphere. At weekends, there's live music, street entertainment and a Christmas train. From December 5, it extends to Praça das Pocinhas with Vila Market, a stock market. On the 20th, the traditional São Silvestre Race takes place, and on the 21st, the magic continues with the Christmas Parade. Between December 20 and 23, the tent in Praça das Pocinhas is transformed into the lively Lousada Natal Fun Park, a space designed for children. The tradition continues on the 26th, with the Oitavas Fair.
