Two of the biggest names in their respective music scenes are headlining one of the most anticipated performances of this year's Misty Fest.

Singer Nancy Vieira, a leading figure in contemporary Cape Verdean music, joins pianist and composer Francisco Sassetti, a key figure in Portuguese neoclassical music. While Nancy Vieira has built a career marked by a dialogue between Cape Verdean tradition and other influences, Francisco Sassetti stands out for his intimate and cinematic soundscape. Together, they will perform a concert at the Luís de Freitas Branco Hall at the CCB, where voice and piano come together in a performance marked by great intimacy, sensitivity, and creative freedom.
