This exhibition presents a dialogue between contemporary art and haute couture, drawing on the world of Valentino Garavani.
Conceived in collaboration with PM23| Fondazione Valentino Garavani and Giancarlo Giammetti, the exhibition brings together more than 30 haute couture and ready-to-wear creations, including iconic works and new pieces by the artist, designed specifically for the museum space. Highlights include “Valkyrie Venus,” a monumental textile sculpture, “Venus,” and “Sacro Cuore,” as well as works such as “Marilyn,” “Garden of Eden,” and “Independent Heart #3,” displayed throughout Galleries 1 and 2.
