Badoxa is celebrating 15 years in the business with a show that revisits the highlights of his career in the Portuguese speaking music scene. A native of the Algarve with Cape Verdean and Angolan roots, the artist has developed a musical identity marked by a fusion of kizomba, semba, and tarraxinha with other influences.
Since his debut album, “Minhas Raízes,” released in 2014, he has won over a wide audience with songs such as “Controla,” “Minha Mulher,” “Demónio da Tarraxinha,” and “Deixa o Clima Rolar.” The concert takes the audience on a journey through the highlights of his career, while also marking a new creative and artistic phase for Badoxa.
